SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing embryogenic callus and regenerate-plants in millet anther culture. Isolated anthers are landed on surface of the agarized medium MSB added with 2.4-D in the concentration 2 mg/l. Anther culture in vitro is hold in thermostat at +320C for 24 h. After heat stress anthers are cultivated at +240C and 16 h light day. For stimulating the regeneration process the formed embryogenic callus tissues are placed in medium MSB with 6-benzylaminopurine in the concentration 10 mg/l and alpha-naphthyl acetic acid in the concentration 0.5-1 mg/l. Regenerating callus tissues are transferred in medium MSB without growth regulating agents. Regenerate-plants with own roots obtained under condition of this medium of height 1.5 cm are placed into soil. Invention provides effective preparing regenerate-plants.
EFFECT: improved preparing method of plants.
