To form them one should apply MS medium supplemented with vitamins B5 containing 100 myoinositol, 4 mg/l saccharose, 2 mg/l glycine, 6 g/l agar and 2 mg/l 2.4-D. Stimulation of regeneration process and reproduction of regeneration potential occur in the course of their subcultivation under conditions of callusogenic medium. Moreover, calluses with undifferentiated and regenerating tissues should be cultivated for prolonged period of time at successive isolation of regenerant plants into nonsterile conditions. The method enables to increase duration of cloning. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
