FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out preparatory and main stages. The respiratory exercises are done in separately and alternatingly executing breathing with lower (abdominal), middle (costal) and upper (clavicular) lung segments. The respiratory exercises are done with some resistance in the throat during every in- and exhalation controlling correctness of each lung segment operation. The preparatory stage is finished with physical training exercises. The main stage involves doing rhythmic breathing in three different rhythms in three cycles alternating in series in several rounds. Each rhythm instance has its own in- and exhalation system done in keeping on particular proportions between in- and exhalation durations and their succession tempo.
