FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: full yoga breathing is done while sitting on chair during inhalation-exhalation sequence. Breathing is delayed, which delay equals to 75-80% of limit breathing delay time but no longer than 60 seconds. Patient does incline ahead while keeping his/her back straight till touching ancillary support with his/her forehead; belly is pressed against top surface of thighs. Then patient returns to initial «sitting» position and full yoga breathing are done during inhalation/exhalation sequence. After that patient has rest for 40-60 seconds while breathing randomly. Breathing exercises are done many times; total time of delay of breathing in full inhalation phase equals to at least 10 minutes for adults and 2,5-3,5 minutes for children.
EFFECT: normalization of sleep; elimination of nervous system and respiratory tract disorders.
