FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to respiratory therapeutic exercises. Method involves a preparatory stage, wherein the respiratory exercises are carried out with a respiratory resistance in the throat during each inhalation and exhalation and the main stage of breathing, comprising performing separately alternate rhythmic breathing of the lower, middle and upper pulmonary arteries in three different rhythms, three cycles successively succeeding each other. At the preparatory stage, respiratory exercises are combined with breathing through the nose accompanied by resistance to air movement in the upper respiratory tract by partial covering of the glottis. Physical exercise is started with inhalation, wherein the arms are lifted smoothly through the sides, the palms are directed towards each other, and the fingers are pulled upwards, hands are lowered in exhalation. On the next inspiration, the right arm is lifted upwards while the palm is directed towards the head, the fingers are pulled upwards. In exhalation, the body is inclined to the left with the right hand raised, after which the position of arms and inclination are changed. Then the hands are fixed on the waist, and the throat is turned to the right and forward, and during the exhalation - the thighs are turned to the left and back. Preparatory stage is completed with natural superficial breathing, hands are lifted upwards through inhalations, palms are directed aside from the body, fingers are pulled upwards, at exhalation, continuing to reach for fingers, hands are lowered downwards, knees are bent and, lumbling, a lumbar zone is stretched. Main stage of breathing is performed by sequential separate development of the lower, middle and upper parts of the lungs with fixed position of hands and breathing with air resistance in the upper respiratory tract. When breathing by the lower part of the lungs, the hands are placed at the waist, the thumbs are placed above the iliac bone flap, the rest of the fingers are straightened, collected together, pressed to the abdominal wall at the level of the umbilicus, the anterior abdominal wall relaxing, protruding forward, the elbows and shoulders are put back. During removal of air from the lower part of the lungs, hands are moved to the area of the solar plexus along the retracting abdominal wall to maximum contraction, elbows and shoulders are put forward. When breathing by middle section of lungs, hands are bent in elbows, thumbs are placed in axillae, hands are pressed to front surface of thorax, elbows are held at level of shoulders. In respiratory cycle inhalation and exhalation, hands are moved together with thorax. Breathing of the upper lungs is performed when palms of hands are placed on the blades, hands are bent in elbows, elbows are directed upwards and parallel to each other. Main stage is completed by alternation of inhalations, exhalations and a pause; at that, breathing exercises are supplemented with movement of hands using breathing through nose.
EFFECT: method provides effective exposure on the body for patients of different age groups and physical fitness.
