SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of lubricating bearing assemblies and their mounting places on roll journals at temperature of environment at preliminarily adding to lubricating oil antiscratch additives on base of molybdenum disulfide; before introducing additive heating lubricating oil until temperature 70 -80 C and at such temperature adding in oil said additive in volume consisting 6 - 8% of oil volume; agitating mixture of heated oil with additive until uniform distribution of additive in the whole volume of oil; before lubricating cooling mixture until temperature of environment.
