FIELD: electro-physico-chemical working processes, namely methods for dimensional electrochemical working. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of creating forced oscillations of one of electrodes at applying to it voltage pulses with sharp leading and back fronts synchronized with phase of forced oscillations and applied at mutual approaching of electrodes or drawing them apart at keeping predetermined interelectrode gap; setting inhibition time band between time band of proposed occurring of contact between electrodes and time moment of forming nearest to said contact voltage pulse front; at coinciding time period of interelectrode contact with inhibition time band, shifting relative to time moment of contact time moment of forming nearest to contact front of voltage pulse by value of their coincidence in time. For voltage pulse applied at drawing electrodes apart, shifting in time is realized in the same working cycle; for voltage pulse applied at mutually approaching electrodes - in next working cycle. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of working, elimination of short circuiting due to keeping interelectrode gap while taking into account deformation of mechanic system. 2 cl, 4 dwg
