It has servo track which provides periodic modulation of information track in region for information storing. Information carrier has disk medium which has layer which is sensitive to light and has servo track which provides track modulation using radial wobble modulation which frequency is controlled using position information signal. When information signal is stored to information carrier using writing or reading unit, position-information signal is generated by means of demodulation unit using oscillations of scanning beam which are caused by track modulation.
