SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a re-reeling-cutting-off machine incorporating the following components, i.e. the first re-reeling roller, the second re-reeling roller, both selecting an appropriate re-reeling cage, the feeding device to feed re-reeling core into the aforesaid cage and core gluing mechanism. A special version of the invention proposes a feeding device articulated to the system intended for withdrawing wound up roll from the re-reeling cage.
EFFECT: higher reliability, simpler design.
