FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water corrected on reverse-osmosis installation with hardness up to 0.10 mole/cu. m in sorting vessel for preparation of 40-% strength vodka. Sodium bicarbonate in the form of aqueous solution is introduced in sorting vessel during mixing. Then solution is thoroughly mixed, its strength is corrected, and after it, solution is delivered into supply tank and then to carbon-cleaning battery. Filtered vodka is directed to finishing tank. Citric acid is preliminarily dissolved in 40-% vodka and mixed with flavor, aged for 10-15 min, and introduced into finishing tank at mixing. If necessary, strength of vodka is corrected, and vodka is bottled. Used as flavor is natural honey and/or vanillin in the amount 4.9-5.1 kg and 0.001-0.002 kg per 1000 dal of vodka. The following ingredients are used for production of 1000 dal of vodka: sodium bicarbonate, 0.3-0.5 kg; citric acid, 0.1-0.3 kg; flavor, 0.001-5.1 kg; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water corrected on reverse-osmosis installation with hardness up to 0.10 mole mole/cu.m, the balance.
