SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in design of micro- and optoelectronic devices developed on basis of diamond, in devices controlling heat release in microelectronic devices based on diamond specimens ( lasers, optoelectron switches, etc ) and selecting optimal temperature modes of their operation. Sensitive element of proposed detector is fabricated on diamond base, graphitized layer with electric contacts is built into body of diamond. EFFECT: raised authenticity of obtained results, provision for operation of detector in corrosive media with simultaneous rise of speed of response. 1 dwg
