FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electronics and may be used for creation of instruments of micro - and optoelectronics on the basis of diamond, also for control of temperature mode in elements of diamond electronics. Diamond detector is suggested on the basis of graphitized conductive layer, which is inbuilt together with electric contacts for connection to meter of resistance in structure of polycrystalline diamond grown by method of chemical deposition from gaseous phase (CVD diamond).
EFFECT: production of detectors with required dimensions, with repeated and reproduced parameters for serial production.
