FIELD: laser and aerosol using techniques, possibly laser heating, evaporation and photochemical conversion of dispersed materials in different manufacturing processes. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of spraying dispersed materials in gas-carrier; irradiating particles of materials by laser beam; irradiating by direct incident rays and by reverse reflected rays; selecting wave length of laser irradiation different from wave length of intensive absorption line of gas-carrier; realizing material treatment with possibility of controlling modes of heating and cooling particles due to changing parameters of laser irradiation. Apparatus includes outer laser source and optical reactor whose volume is filled with treated dispersed material.
