DIPOLE ANTENNA Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2205480 C1

FIELD: radio engineering; communication systems, metrology, electromagnetic compatibility and environment protection problems. SUBSTANCE: proposed transceiving dipole antenna designed for operation in super-broad frequency band with expansion to low and high frequencies has two identical dipoles each built of two zigzag-shaped metal strip conductors, each conductor being inscribed in circuit whose envelope is formed by diverging lines outgoing from one end with acute aperture acute angle Θ,; linear section of external envelope of circuit turns to nonlinear section with convex curvature ; internal linear section of circuit envelope turns to nonlinear section with concave curvature; then linear sections turn to second oval- shaped nonlinear sections. Some leads of dipole conductors are connected to matching-and-balancing device. EFFECT: enhanced matching level throughout entire operating frequency band. 13 cl, 13 dwg
