FIELD: composite ceramics, means heating industrial and residential buildings, structures, means heating fluid gaseous and liquid media. SUBSTANCE: ceramic heater of fluid gaseous or liquid medium comes in the form of electric heating elements with through conduits of honeycomb structure made of composite materials with conducting and nonconducting components. It is fitted with contact and insulation layers. Concentration of conducting components in material of contact layer is twice as much and concentration of same components in material of insulation layer is half as much as concentration of same components in material of electric heater so that specific resistance of contact and insulation layers is correspondingly by one-two orders of magnitude greater or lesser than specific resistance of electric heater.
