FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has handle and curved rigid end piece. The end piece ends in blade having double-edged cutting edge and positioned in end piece plane to one side of it. The blade is shaped as equilateral trapeze of 0.8 mm in height. Lateral sides are made cutting ones. The less base is 0.3 mm long. The angle of each lateral side with the small base is equal to 100-103 deg. Blade angles are rounded.
