SUBSTANCE: method deals with treating arterial hypertension and chronic heart failure by using solid medicinal form containing enalapril maleate as active substance and lactose, potato starch, magnesium stearate, talc, enalapril diketopiperazine as target additives at the following ratio of components, wt.%: enalapril maleate, 4.0-4.7; enalapril diketopiperazine, 0.001-0.002; potato starch, 9.4-10.9; magnesium stearate, 0.4-0.58; talc, 3.1-3.8; lactose, the balance up to 100%.
