SUBSTANCE: device (10) for mixing and stirring for a gypsum solution has a round case (20) forming a mixing area, a rotating disk (32) located in the case, and a tube (50, 90, 95, 96, 97, 97') for feeding the solution to a sheet paper to cover (1) the gypsum plate. The groove has a fluid channel portion (60, 61, 91, 92) and its cross section is non-axisymmetric relative to the central axis (C, C1) of the tubular channel, or a fluid channel portion (98.99) changes the position of the central axis of the tubular channel as a result of a change or lateralization of the fluid channel cross-section. Axisymmetric vortex flow generated in the tubular channel in the form of the twisted intra-tubular flow (F) is torn at the fluid channel portion, and therefore its twisted movement which may lead to inhomogeneity or instability of the density distribution, essentially disappears in the solution (3) poured on a sheet of paper.

EFFECT: prevention of misdistribution, deviation or irregular distribution of the solution density on a sheet of paper.
