SUBSTANCE: plant includes shaft mounted on base and connected with apparatus for charging and discharging cooling agent; outer and inner surfaces for freezing on ice and evaporating cooling agent. Separating insert is placed between said surfaces for providing boiling of cooling agent in narrow slit type gap. Insert has developed surface. Plant also includes apparatus for removing ice from outer and inner surfaces. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability and efficiency of plant due to intensified heat exchange process. 4 dwg
