Corrugated spiral multi- metal tape with variable thickness is formed of several metal members such that tape thickness and heat capacity increase with spiral radius decreasing. Tape is located into crystallizer drum. EFFECT: intensified heat-exchange, increased ice quality due to uniform overcooling thereof and reduced power consumption. 3 dwg _
