SUBSTANCE: plant comprises evaporator with outer and inner cylinders, inner and outer knifes having holders, inner and outer water pipes, shaft, electric motor, coolant feeding pipe, steam dome, water drain sump, tank for excess water, slope plate for ice and water pump. Flexible spiral element formed of floats is arranged in gap between evaporator inner and outer cylinders. Float density is less than coolant density. Coolant discharge pipe is located in gap between evaporator inner and outer cylinders. EFFECT: increased performance, enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
