FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing mixture of organic wastes and water; providing sequential aerobic and anaerobic fermentation of wastes in closed contour, with temperature being maintained within the range of 65-75 C; providing circulation of said mixture. In the process of aerobic fermentation process, mixture is initially exposed to low- frequency with following exposure to high-frequency component of supersonic field vibratory spectrum, with exposure to said high-frequency component being effectuated in conjunction with exposure to light of actinic band. In the process of anaerobic fermentation, said mixture is exposed to magnetic processing. Method further involves withdrawing part of fermented mass from closed contour and replenishing the latter with newly prepared mixture of organic wastes and water until temperature of mixture in closed contour is reduced to temperature below 65 C, with said newly prepared mixture being initially subjected to aerobic fermentation; separating dense fraction and aqueous solution from withdrawn fermented mass and subjecting dense fraction to electrolysis. Method allows organic fertilizer to be produced from sewage water sediment, in particular, from sediment containing large amounts of heavy metals.
