SUBSTANCE: in device, juice after the press is disinfected under the impact of the microwave module, and is packed without the contact with the environment. At the same time, the pomace after the press is brought by the conveyor belt in the working chamber under the effect of the microwave field and infrared radiation. The product dried to the predetermined humidity is brought by the conveyor belt into the grinder, where the berry pomace is ground into a powder, packed and sold.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to reduce the production costs by means of implementing energy-saving methods and increasing the quantity and quality indices of the products.
