FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for means measuring electric capacitance and/or resistance of converters of nonelectric quantities, in automatic facilities controlling above-mentioned quantities. Device includes measurement generator, reference generator, first and second pulse counters, control unit, unit measuring time interval, first time setting network which incorporates capacitor ( measured capacitance C1 ) and resistor ( measured resistance R1 ), second time setting network which incorporates capacitor ( reference capacitance C2 ) and resistor ( reference resistance R2 ). Measurement and reference generators are built each on two one shot multivibrators connected in ring circuits. Output of measurement generator is connected to input of first counter which output is connected to input of control unit which output is connected to enable generation inputs of measurement and reference generators and to reset inputs of first and second counters. Output of reference generator is connected to input of second counter which output is connected to input of unit measuring time interval. First and second time setting networks are connected to corresponding leads-out of measurement and reference generators. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of device. 2 cl, 2 dwg
