Vector is prepared on the basis of plasmid p6803- platform and comprises nucleic acid molecule as active component encoding leader sequence for secretion of polypeptide into cultural medium. Vector can comprise fragment of genome DNA of cyanobacterium Synechocystis for integration with genome of this cyanobacterium. Invention represents oligopeptides consisting of 20 and 23 amino acids and their amino acid sequences are given in the invention claim. Method involves transformation of cell with vector and the following culturing. Protein secretion occurs into medium directly. Method involves the use of bacterium E. coli or cyanobacterium. Invention can be used for medical-biological investigations and biotechnological production of recombinant proteins by means of their secretion by bacterial cells.
