FIELD: construction and running of supports of contact network across sections of swelling soils in permafrost regions and in regions of deep season freezing. SUBSTANCE: novelty of invention lies in that antiswelling fixture comes in the form of complex of cooling facility operating in season built into support, having predominantly form of thermal siphon, layer hydraulic insulation and antiswelling rim. Hydraulic insulation is laid over day surface of soil around support and has radius not less than depth of seasonal soil thawing, it is produced from frost-resistant material, preferably foam polystyrene, is covered by layer of soil 10-20 cm thick or turf 15-25 cm thick. Antiswelling rim has form of protective mantle made of frost-resistant composite material, predominantly polymer material, arranged around part of support worked deep in soil, bordering on floor of layer of hydraulic insulation and having length equal to 0.4-0.6 depth of seasonal soil thawing and non-freezing grease put between mantle and surface of part of support worked deep in soil. Part of support above ground surface is painted by light-reflecting paint to height of 0.5-1.0 m. EFFECT: enhanced stability of support erected on swelling soils by reduced effect of forces of freezing swelling on support in season-thawed layer and by rise of forces reacting against its freezing together with permafrost soils. 1 dwg
