FIELD: instrumental diagnostics of quality of oils in process of extraction, transfer, storage, refining that can be utilized in other spheres of consumption of oil products, in chemistry, biology, agriculture, diagnostics of state of substances displaying multidimensional structure. SUBSTANCE: facility has retunable generator of electromagnetic oscillations acting on sensor with diagnosed product and thermometer. Signals from sensor are fed into finders of active conductance and dielectric permittivity. Data from thermometer and finders go into microprocessor and further on into data bank. Final results in the form of dielectric permittivity, active conductance, ratios of conductance on different frequencies, specific heat value which is function of this ratio at given temperature, characteristic frequency at which conductance does not depend on temperature as well as dependence of active conductance and dielectric permittivity on frequency are transmitted to indicator with potential of output to computer. Technical result of invention consists in timely, remote, safe diagnostics of state of substances showing multidimensional structure by character of active conductance and dielectric permittivity dependent on frequency as well as by criterion of identity , specific heat value and frequency characteristic of given product at same time.
