SUBSTANCE: method, according to invention, consists in the fact that specific active electroconductivities of liquid are measured as range of liquid electromagnetic oscillations frequencies range varies from 1 kHz to 10 MHz for any two temperatures of liquid from its boiling point to freezing point, and by crossing of dependencies of specific electroconductivities on frequency of oscillations, characteristic frequency of oscillations is found, which is used as the main criterion for detection of liquid type.

EFFECT: improved accuracy and efficiency of method.
