FIELD: stone extraction and milling. SUBSTANCE: facility to separate hollow cylindrical blank from rock mass has tubular body, electric motor, hydraulic cylinder, swivel frame. Cutting tool is mounted inside tubular body for rotation around axis of body. This cutting tool is mounted for radial displacement. Swivel frame is hinged to tubular body and to rod of hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic cylinder is hinged to tubular body of facility. Electric motor is anchored on swivel frame.
