FIELD: production of hydrocarbons in form of oil and gas with help of well activated by pumping system. SUBSTANCE: method is realized with help of submerged pump activated by electric motor, pipe union with variable cross-section for oil withdrawal and pipe union with variable cross- section for withdrawal of gas. Operation is carried out with successive or concurrent action exerted on pipe unions and on speed of electric motor during various stages of well operation. In addition, well operation is constantly monitored and current consumed by electric motor is checked to maintain its value within definite limits depending on motor speed.
