FIELD: well operation. SUBSTANCE: well includes, at least, one producing string whose upper part is connected with discharge pipeline for withdrawal of recovered hydrocarbons. Producing string is provided with means of control of hydrocarbon flow rate with regulated opening. Method includes phase of starting of well operation consisting of stage of beginning of oil-gas recovery and stage of establishment of operating regime followed by operating phase. During stage of beginning of oil-gas recovery, means of control are smoothly opened up to preset definite value for setting preset minimal flow rate of recovered hydrocarbons and obtained hydrocarbon flow rate is compared with preset definite threshold. Should said flow rate exceed said threshold, opening of control means is cancelled for entire time of such excess. During stage of establishment of operating regime, obtained hydrocarbon flow rate is compared with preset threshold T1, and, if obtained flow rate steadily exceeds said threshold T1, and, if obtained flow rate steadily exceeds said threshold for preset definite period of time D1, control means opening is increased up to definite value, otherwise, comparison operation is renewed, preset definite period of time is allowed for establishing the minimal flow rate of hydrocarbons. After that, flow rate of hydrocarbon recovery is compared with threshold T2 exceeding T1, and pressure at inlet of control means with preset threshold P1. Should said flow rate and said pressure simultaneously steadily exceed said thresholds for period of time D1, phase of starting is completed, otherwise, operation of comparison is renewed.
