FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed sealing device contains sealing rings installed in labyrinth grooves of shaft. Split sealing rings are made in form of half-rings made of porous powder material. Rings are interference-fitted in labyrinth grooves in bushing and on end face surfaces of shaft grooves. Rings are installed with clearance on cylindrical surface of shaft. Interference in bushing is greater than that on end face surface of shaft grooves. EFFECT: improved reliability of device. 1 dwg
