FIELD: mobile communication. SUBSTANCE: fleet of satellites and groups of junction centers located over entire globe are used in system of mobile telephone communication to process communication sessions between mobile communication facilities such as mobile radio telephones. Signals are transmitted between subscriber set and nearest junction center through one or several satellites. Junction center is connected to group of individual vendors of communication services such as local telephone systems. Individual vendors of communication services can be forced by virtue of various reasons, for instance, because of contract or other legal restrictions. to process communication sessions only for those subscribers' sets which are located in certain geographical zones, for example, in certain countries or regions. Junction center selects vendor of communication services capable to process given communication session for session of mobile communication from particular subscriber set. According to one variant of implementation of invention this selection is based on location of subscriber's set and on preferences presented by subscriber's set. In compliance with other variants this selection is based on other parameters, such as altitude above sea level, speed of subscriber's set, time of day or date of initiation of given communication session. EFFECT: formation of communication system in which junction center can coordinate reliably access to aggregate of vendors of communication services for numerous users of mobile radio telephones over large territory. 57 cl, 5 dwg
