FIELD: power engineering, possibly steam generators operating with use of mineral fuel and provided with apparatus for removing nitrogen out of furnace gas. SUBSTANCE: steam generator operating with use of mineral fuel includes combustion chamber behind which at side of furnace gas through horisontal and vertical gas ducts there is apparatus for removing nitrogen out of furnace gas. Combustion chamber includes large number of burners arranged at level of horisontal gas duct. Vertical gas duct provides almost vertical flow of furnace gas directed upwards from downwards. Apparatus for removing nitrogen out of furnace gas is provided for almost vertical flow of furnace gas directed downwards from upwards. Such steam generator needs especially small surface area and provides reliable removal of nitrogen from furnace gas of mineral fuel. EFFECT: improved design of steam generator. 3 dwg
