FIELD: food-concentrates industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting dry protein semi-finished product by extracting with non-polar liquefied gas; preparing aromatized fat by introducing into heated refined sunflower oil, dried bulb onion, carrot, parsley and celery and holding; mixing in predetermined ratio extracted dry protein semi-finished product, dry fat-free milk, egg powder, edible salt, lactulose, pectin, and succinic acid; introducing aromatized fat; providing repeated mixing and packing. Food concentrate may be used as common or curative food product. EFFECT: wider range of usage, improved organoleptical properties and increased storage time of base product.
