SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting of dry protein semi-finished product with the use of non-polar liquefied gas; preparing aromatized fat by introducing into heated refined sunflower oil of dried bulb onion, carrot, parsley and celery and holding; mixing extracted dry protein semi-finished product, dry fat-free milk, egg powder, edible salt, dry whole milk, lactose, pectin, and succinic acid; introducing aromatized fat; repeatedly mixing; packing. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties and increased storage life.
