FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind motors with vertical shaft. Proposed with vertical shaft. Proposed wind motor consists of vertical shaft and two rectangular blades capable of rotating around their axes parallel to axis of shaft at angular velocity twice less than angular velocity of shaft and to side opposite to direction of rotation of shaft. According to invention, each blade is provided with two similar flaps at sides capable of limited turning around their axes parallel to axis of rotation of blade preferable through angle of +30o relative to plane of blade under action of eccentric mechanically coupled with flaps through connecting rods. Said eccentric is secured on carrier coaxially with axis of rotation of blades, with eccentricity directed along carrier. EFFECT: increased power output and efficiency of wind motor. 2 cl, 3 dwg
