Gear train has internal ring and external planet pinion mounted on eccentric. Number of teeth of planet pinion is less by one than number of teeth of ring gear. Profile of teeth, projection and space are formed by arcs of one radius equal product of module by 0.866, and height of tooth is equal to module. Planet pinion can be coupled with stop precluding its rotation around its axis. Ring gear can be coupled with cable drum, and eccentric in this case is coupled with hand drive handle.
