FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing seeds for sowing. The composition comprising gluing solution, zinc sulfate, boric acid and filling agent contains tetramethylenediethylenetetramine, succinic acid and talc additionally and peat-bentonite composition is used as a filling agent being components are taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: peat- -bentonite composition, 60-80; tetramethylenediethylenetetramine, 0.3-0.5; zinc sulfate, 0.1-0.2; boric acid, 0.02-0.04; succinic acid, 0.02-0.04; talc, 10-15; gluing solution, the balance. The composition enhances resistance of seedlings to unfavorable environment conditions, diseases and pests. EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of composition. 2 tbl
