SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of benzothiazole of the general formula (I) or its salt where p = 1; X1 and X2 form in common = O; R1 means hydrogen, halogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy; R2 means hydrogen atom; R3 means -Z4-R6, -Z13-NR7R8 wherein Z4 means -Z11-C(O)-Z12-, Z11-C(O)-O-Z12-; wherein Z11 and Z12 represent a direct bond or alkylene; Z13 means -Z11-C(O)-Z12-; R4 means hydrogen atom; R5 means phenyl substituted with groups Z1, Z2, taken among alkyl, halogen atom, nitro, -OH, hydroxyalkyl, -C(O)Z6, -C(O)OZ6-Z4-NZ7Z8, wherein Z4 means a direct bond; biphenyl substituted with alkyl; naphthalinyl that can be optionally substituted with OH; quinolinyl substituted with alkyl; heterocycloalkoxy; Z6 means alkyl that can be optionally substituted with group -Z4-NZ7Z8, morpholinyl; Z7, Z8 each means independently alkyl; R6 means alkyl optionally substituted with cyano, methoxy, phenyl, -Z4-NZ7Z8 and so on; R7 means hydrogen atom, alkyl; R8 means alkyl optionally substituted with one or more substituent taken among OH, lower alkyl, alkynyl, -SZ6, methoxy, -Z4NZ7Z8; and so on.
