METHOD OF DEPOSIT BULLDOZER STRIPPING Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mining; applicable in excavating by bulldozers of barren rocks at placer and bedded deposits. SUBSTANCE: method includes undercutting with formation of hollow, moving of rocks by continuous or oblique runs and storing them into triangular or trapezoidal dump. Rock is moved and stored into trapezoidal dump with height determined by offered relationship and formation of natural slopes from two sides by three stages. During the first stage rock from hollow is moved by continuous run and stored into triangular dump; during the second stage, rock is moved from hollow by continuous run to beginning of triangular dump, and then, rock is stored by fan manner into trapezoidal dump; during the third stage, remaining rock is undercut at acute angle to line of hollow slope line and moved to beginning of triangular dump and stored radially into trapezoidal dump. EFFECT: higher efficiency of rock excavation and reduced costs of stripping operations. 2 dwg
