FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed converter has housing with intake channel in form of nozzle and outlet channel. Rotary reactor with granulated catalyst is installed in housing. Said reactor has cylindrical part and side walls made to hyperbolic law and connected with cylindrical part, and also outer blades pointed tangentially to direction of gas flow, and central space. Outlet channel is arranged in center of one of reactor side walls. Porous ceramet penetrable cup is installed in central space of reactor on axle of revolution. Inner space of said cup is pointed towards outlet channel. Bottom of cup rests on mounting crossmember resting, in its turn, on inner side surface of reactor opposite to outlet channel. Cylindrical part, side walls and blades of reactor are made on porous penetrable ceramet covered with catalyst. Plug is fitted in reactor body, coaxially with reactor proper, cup and outlet channel, in hole for replenishing reactor with granulated catalyst. EFFECT: improved efficiency of cleaning. 2 dwg
