FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains main housing with tangentially arranged intake branch pipe. Main housing accommodates first porous penetrable ceramet reducing catalytic unit coupled with periodical-action heater and made in form of tube. Second porous penetrable ceramet oxidizing catalytic unit, also made in form of tube, is coupled with first reducing unit through bypass chambers and periodical- action heater. Second oxidizing unit is installed in additional housing partially arranged in bypass chamber and coupled with chamber through tangential port on its side surface. Air or gas mixture feed source is secured on one of end walls of additional housing. Said source is made in form of central nozzle with cap made of porous penetrable ceramet and coupled with electromagnetic valve whose drive is secured in cap. Outlet branch pipe connected with second oxidizing unit is mounted on other end wall of additional housing. Porous penetrable ceramet filter for cleaning gases from hard particles and periodical- action heater are installed in intake branch pipe. Porous penetrable ceramet oxidizing-reducing catalytic unit is installed in bypass chamber coaxially with first-reducing unit. Catalytic units are installed in housing with clearances.
