FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming autotransplant as soft tissue and bone complex composed of a part of inferior turbinated bone lower nasal passage mucous membrane and nasal cavity fundus. The autotransplant is transferred via the broadest half of nasal cavity to the septum. The inferior turbinated bone is taken away from the through defect into contralateral half of the nasal cavity and shifted downwards along the nasal septum forming a lock. EFFECT: reduced transplant atrophy; stimulated transseptal vascular recovery. 5 dwg
