FIELD: testing of undercrane structure working under intensive heavy modes. SUBSTANCE: bed includes power drive of reciprocating motion, unit comprising four pairs of balance beams anchored on lateral beams into which roller bearings are built in. Roller bearings give support to shafts on which double-flange wheels with upward orientation are put. Two interjoined flange beams lean against wheels through rails, distance between them can be adjusted. Rails are placed from beneath of lower flange of beam with outward eccentricity e. One rail with inward eccentricity e is mounted from above on lower flange on other side of beam wall. Unit identical to first unit but displaying shorter distance between front and rear balance beams and shorter shafts is put on these rails. Upper and lower units are pulled together by system of spring-loaded tie-rods and dynamometers built into tie-rods. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of simulation of action of traveling crane on undercrane structures. 3 dwg
