FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: light from one source as minimum is directed on to surface located on one end of light guide, fluorescence of at least one marking substance coupled to chemical or biochemical partner of common receptor-ligand system is excited on outer surface of light guide by light brought into light guide by means of excitation of diminishing field. Fluorescent glow is brought out of light guide and is directed through optical system on to detector measuring intensity of fluorescent glow. Light guide is located in measurement chamber formed in cylinder-piston unit and linked to internal space of cylinder via inlet made in piston. EFFECT: possibility to conduct fluorescent immune tests with high accuracy, at low cost and in short time period. 26 cl, 6 dwg
