FIELD: quantitative immunofluorescent analysis by excitation of fast disappearing field. SUBSTANCE: such immunofluorescent tests can be based on wide range of known biochemical analyses of common systems " receptor-ligand ". With this in mind light of at least one light source is directed at angle α on to boundary surface of two media which have different refractive indices. There is chosen light source emitting practically monochromatic light with wave length appropriate for excitation of marking substance. Light is directed on boundary surface positioned between optically clear substrate made of material which refractory index n1 is greater than refractory index n2 of material above boundary surface and intake zone for specimen having shape of dish. Intake zone is covered by plate put from opposite side. Single functional layer as minimum is located between substrate and covering plate. Detector for detection of fluorescent radiation is placed on same side of substrate as light source is situated. EFFECT: simplified process to conduct various kinds of analysis. 16 cl, 17 dwg
