FIELD: quantitative fluorescent immunity test with use of excitation by short-time field. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates at least one source of radiation close to monochromatic and having length of wave causing fluorescence of marking material coupled to antibody. Radiation is directed at angle determining depth of penetration for short-time field on to surface of separation between optically transparent screen made of material with refractive index n1 higher than that of material placed above separation surface and intake space for sample that has shape of dish. Intake space is closed by cover plate on side opposite to screen and detector recording fluorescent radiation is positioned on side of screen where source of light is located. Method involves analysis of components immobilized on surface of intake space.
