FIELD: data detection using maximal plausibility method. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has converter that functions to convert signal received into digital data according to selected sync signal; maximal-plausibility decoder for execution of decoding; and shaper for changing phase difference between selected points of digital data and optimal points of received-signal detection, and for shaping control signal to change phase of selected sync signal according to changed phase difference. Phase of selected points in the form of data detection points is coordinated with that of optimal detection points which minimizes errors brought in due to phase difference.
