FIELD: food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: additive contains natural-origin calcium compound and mineral-organic complex constituted by magnesium, zinc, copper, and potassium compounds, non-hormonal organic iodine compound in covalently bound form, vitamin D3, ascorbate, citrate, succinate, and thiosulfate anions, amino acids lysine, arginine, tryptophan both in free and bound forms, and polyuronium acid compounds. Invention also provides product containing above-defined additive.
EFFECT: eliminated body calcium deficiency owing to optimum choice of calcium source, assured availability of calcium ions for trans-membrane transfer, and stimulated assimilation of calcium by tissue.
